Office chairs that don’t look like office chairs

Victoria King, the founder of InteriorsInteriorsInteriors, gives us her top picks to help elevate your home office decor

Now that many are enjoying the benefits of working from home and for some will be for the foreseeable future, it's no surprise that searches for office chairs have steadily increased in over the past nine months. If you're still working on your wobbly spare dining chair (guilty) which, let's face it, is not ideal for working on all day - it might be time to say goodbye and get yourself a well-deserved upgrade.

Improving posture and increased comfort aside, there is now a much more varied and stylish range of chairs to choose from, to suit your every need. I've taken a look at the best chairs on the market right now for every budget to improve your WFH set up.

The pop of colour

Our favourite choice for a pop of colour, this desk chair looks the part and has the practical functionality required for a reliable office chair. The adjustable height and swivel feature helps with your posture and to limit slouching as it can be fixed to your own needs. The best thing about this chair is that it still looks great as an accent piece in any room it's in.

The discreet option

If you're after a 'non-office chair' look that will still serve up comfort, then this is a great option from West Elm. Neutral velvet is a classic look that will go with almost all interiors that you won't get bored of quickly. We also love the handy swivel seat feature which is an added bonus for ease of movement during the working day.
