When you need something “fast AF”….there’s an app for that
The App “FastAF” is rapidly rising in popularity. With the promise of a two-hour delivery or less, customers can purchase and receive a variety of trending items from the comfort of their own home.
Right now, FastAF is serving New York City, Los Angeles, and San Francisco. Residents of these bustling cities get the pleasure of ordering premium essentials straight to their doorstep, arriving “within minutes”, the App claims. How is it so fast you ask? Unlike other delivery services relying on a currier to both shop for and deliver the items, FastAF is a centralized warehouse in all 3 cities it services.
FastAF was created by the VC-backed company, Darkstore, a shipping logistics startup. Their goal is to fill the gap in the same-day delivery service market. Currently, there a multiple Apps that quickly deliver food and groceries, but not a reliable way to order more personal essentials (beauty care, fitness equipment, home decor, etc).
What can you order? Well, a lot. FastAF claims to have “the top products from the top brands”, and we would have to agree. From Bala weights, Alo Yoga mats, Goop skincare products, and Sietè Foods chips, the virtual store is definitely all-encompassing.
Not only is this nice to quickly order the essentials that you can’t live without, but it’s also nice for gift giving. Forgot it was your friend’s birthday and now it’s 6:00 pm? FastAF can help. They actually have entire categories dedicated to gift-giving, helping us all out in that area (because we can’t remember everything).
