300 Million and counting for Miss Jenner

Kylie Jenner becomes the first woman on Instagram to surpass 300 million followers. This announcement means the lip-kit entrepreneur is the third most followed user on the photo sharing app.

Miss Jenner is behind the official Instagram account, and that of Christiano Ronaldo. Behind her are Dwayne Johnson, AKA The Rock, and Lionel Messi.

After Jenner, the next women on the list is Arianna Grande, with a strong 289 million followers. Selena Gomez, Kim Kardashian West and Beyonce also hold places in the top 10 most followed.

It was reported that the makeup mogul charges around $1,266,000 per sponsored post on Instagram. Half sister Kim is closely behind charging around $910,000 per post.

Despite Jenner’s mass following, she has been relatively quiet in the past few months. This could be down to her second pregnancy, or the fact her baby daddy Travis Scott’s concert led to fans dying in the crowd through a lack of security and safety measures. Jenner and Scott have a three year old daughter Stormi.
