Revolut matches donations for Ukraine

As we are all aware, Ukraine is under invasion from Russia under Putin’s command. The devastation being bought unto the people of Ukraine has left those suffering and fighting for their right to live.

As a response, aid and donations are being sent over to help those who have been left without homes, shelter, and basic necessities.

The digital bank Revolut have promised to match all donations made through their banking app, up to £1.5 million. They have already raised over £2 million with the help of their users.

100% of the funds raised are going directly to The Red Cross Ukraine appeal, to help the people of Ukraine in this time of conflict.

Donations are being made via the Revolut app, you can either set up a reoccurring donation, or make a one off donation, or even round up spare change from any purchase made using Revolut.

Revolut are also waiving international payment fees on external bank transfers to Ukraine during the whole of March, allowing users to send money to loved ones in need, within Ukraine.

How do I donate?

Make sure you have the most up to date version of the App, then open the Hub, and tap the ‘donations’ widget. Select the Red Cross and tap ‘donate’.

Revolut will be matching all donations from 1-8th March, up to £1.5 million.
