Over 1 billion women have pelvic floor disorders like incontinence or prolapse and unfortunately, and according to leading gynaecologists almost 30% of women perform Kegel exercises that are inaccurate or potentially damaging.

‘Kegels’ are exercises strengthen your pelvic floor to combat incontinence and issues which occur naturally after childbirth and for other reasons.

The Perifit is a device designed to prevent pelvic floor dysfunction, while having fun. Think ‘Angry Birds’ type games where with every contraction, the game progresses. You can even ‘squeeze’ to turn corners in the car game. It can also eliminate the need to wear sanitary pads, as well as aid the recovery from childbirth and surgery. It helps to regain core strength as well as bladder control by building up the vaginal muscles, it can even enhance your sexual wellbeing. (Many women have reported experiencing more intense orgasms after using the device.)
